We are Kenny and Grayce Lewis. Thank you for taking the time to come and explore our website.

We’ve always had a love for animals and would often prefer to spend time with them than with people! You know what we mean. ; )

Kenny’s love for birds can be traced all the way back to a senior project completed in high school. He elected to raise and sell ducks. This involved tracking the progress of the egg, hatching, after care etc! This project taught two important things. First, the amazing creative phenomena that takes place inside the egg, and second, the immense personalities that birds can have. Not one bird is alike, and they can keep you entertained for hours.

In spring of 2023 we had the opportunity to raise three green check conures from a few weeks of age. Although Grayce was skeptical at first, she became quickly convinced that birds were full of personality.

After successfully operating a lawncare business we decided its time for a change. After months and months of deliberation we have decided to launch Ashers Exotics.

We have many great ideas and plans that will hopefully be coming your way over the next few months.

It is our goal to create an all inclusive place to care for you feathered friend. We believe all our feathered friends deserve the best life possible and hope to make ourselves available to care for rescues as well.

Why “Ashers Exotics”?

We simply love the ring to it and that is the name of our furry canine friend. If you see us out and about there is a good chance you may see her too. :)

Have you ever been to a big box store and been disappointed with either the selection or the knowledge. We are going to try to be the place to change that.
